Follow up email

Hi!

I need to send a follow-up email to the ones that haven't opened the first email sent from a campaign. How do i do this?

Please advise.

Hello Yahsank P,

You can achieve the same by using a query activity in a workflow and filter on recipients who have not opened or clicked in a delivery

Hi Yashank,

Are you using Adobe Campaign Classic or Standard?

Essentially all you need to do is exclude all profiles who have a delivery log related to the original email, How you achieve that will depend on which platform you are using.

Unfortunately I'm only familiar with Adobe Campaign Standard, but I think the following thread should help you to achieve what you need.
