Hi, 

I'm beginning to use Adobe Campaign but don't see how to create a workflow with event triggers for example if someone open or not an email or if someone click or not on specific link then other actions are going on.

For transactional messages use follow up

For marketing messages, you need to build a workflow and your query should be on the tracking logs.
