Email Campaign performance metrics for Adobe Campaign

Hi there Does Adobe Campaign Standard have campaign metrics for Australia or APAC region that can be used as metrics. I can only find other platforms industry benchmark ratings for open rates, CTR, unsubscribe rate . For example Campaign monitor, IBM Acoustic. Thank you

Hi Julz,

If you mean does Campaign have reporting metrics such as click-through rate and unsubscribe then yes, Campaign can report on many metrics out of the box. If you are asking if we have a set expected benchmark for these metrics, then no. Since it is entirely up to the quality of our client's Campaigns, proper targeting, removal of blacklisted addresses, etc., there isn't any way for us to guarantee and expected result for those type of metrics.
