We send emails in Campaign to a list of around 100k. Every single link in an email seems to receive a minimum number of clicks, nothing receives zero.
Our suspicion is this maybe automated/non-human (systems checking links don't send users off to dodgy websites, that kind of thing). Is there some way we can get closer to knowing if that is the case?

@tobyjm Have a look at the tracking log for more information on where it's coming from.

Thanks, that's really helpful. Can I export the tracking logs for a send, and get them somewhere easier to examine (in the web interface I only seem to be able to view a few rows at a time, is that right?)?

Hi Tobyjm,
You will have to extract them using a workflow if you want to pull any significant numbers.
Additionally, to your original question. Yes, it is entirely normal to see clicks on every link, and you are right. They are automated clicks for the most part. Most anti-virus software or big email service providers (Google for example or Outlook) will scan emails and click each link to ensure that they are not malicious. Oftentimes, these automated clicks can be decerned because they happen at the same time within a couple of seconds, which displays a non-human pattern.
Adobe is actively working on ways to exclude these in upcoming releases.
Regards,
Craig
