Capture timezone information automatically in ACS

Wondering if there is any ootb feature in ACS to capture timezone information and save it back in profile of recipient automatically by sensing the IP address of email recipients when they open or click the email?

Geo location identification from incoming IP can be deduced as we do capture the IP in apache logs.

However, if the server is behind proxy, same apache logs show the IP of proxy and not the end user IP.

Having said that, we don't have a OOB feature to capture your requirement.
