Hard to read and format Downloaded file from Campaign UI asish_kumarp599 - Adobe Campaign Standard
When we download a file from campaign UI, it is downloaded to the local computer in a .txt file format. When we open the file it is very hard to read the data. Takes time to covert them to a csv file format to make it readable. In windows machine after downloading the file & changing the extension to .csv, it opens the excel file with all the data in 1 column instead of separate columns for each header. We would like the enhancement to download the directly in .csv.

Misguiding Schedule information in Email dashboard for a delivery created by duplicating a scheduled Email asish_kumarp599 - Adobe Campaign Standard
The dashboard UI shows 'Send immediately once confirmed' for a duplicated email copied from any prior scheduled email. This schedule information on the dashboard is misguiding to say 'send immediately' when the actual selection inside the Schedule window is different. This always creates preparation error and creates confusion with the wrong information for schedule shown in the UI. Any enhancement by Adobe can be done to improve the UI and the message it displays will be of great help.

Feature to isolate Delete permission for users to avoid accidental delete of their own or his/her unit's created work products asish_kumarp599 - Adobe Campaign Standard
To introduce a separate permission "Delete" as an enhancement. We can only grant this on demand basis to only specific users. In that way we will make users only move the work products they want to delete to a specific Archive folder and IT can purge it on timely manner. This will mitigate the risk of users deleting there own work products accidentally and other users suffering because of DB restore. In ACS you can manage that by defining the Organisation Hierarchy and create Organization units based on that hierarchy. Depending on the Organization units the user belong they will only see the templates audience, templates they have access. Hope this answers your question?

For us it works. If you using search bar to locate it, there is an issue in the search bar. It doesn't search anything until you scroll the list to load that content block.

We had the similar requirement and reached out to Adobe. Their response was: it is not available in Adobe Campaign. The click data of various call to action button in the email can give some information but that is again based on the click not scroll. You may have to check if Litmus has this feature.

From the screenshots they don't look like out of box Landing page Content templates. They seem more OOB Email content templates. If you are seeing these templates in your landing page content library, please raise a support ticket with Adobe. May I know the version of your ACS instance?

Inside the Landing page click Change Content -> Address Acquisition. This landing page template already has Country.

There is no JS Activity in ACS to use Workflows, so I don't think there is much we can do with javascript other than using it in content blocks.

Are you seeing the tracking info of opens / clicks against the same delivery email for which it is hard bounced??If they are black listed that means the user have opted out of email channel. If you want to restrict the sensitive data, you can store that in a custom schema and assign this to a Org unit which the user's group is not part of.

I have not tried this but I think we can do this by using the Package Import feature of ACS. Get the Schema XML from ACC and try to import it to ACS using Import Utility. We may need to modify the XML depending on the error it throws.

The Geographic unit is no more available in ACS (Deprecated and Removed Features in Campaign Standard) , so you can't use this here. However. You can achieve this by assigning the Org Unit for a specific country to the profile. Hope you have created various Org unit for your different countries? I don't think you can achieve this in Adobe campaign standard. It looks like Vipul and Florent's comments are referring to ACC only. You can't send emails in ACS to recipients without storing them into profiles. In ACS the target mapping field is Non Editable inside Email Delivery. My understanding is in Adobe campaign standard you can't send emails to recipients without storing them into profiles. In ACS the target mapping field is Non Editable inside Email Delivery. May be in future this will be available. Just curious what is the business use case of sending the email without saving in profile. ACS is SaaS solution and the licensing is done based on the number of profiles saved in the system

In ACS, my understanding is if you are able to revoke access rights, the user shouldn't be able to access it next time it reloads the page or access a new feature even if he/she is logged in to ACS instance in the browser before. I am not sure if a force log out is needed here as everyone access the ACS instance in web browser and they don't use client console like ACC. Am I missing something here?
