Hi all - I came across this old Neolane slide (see attached) that has a screenshot of a Salesforce lead record, at the bottom of which is a link to a pop-up window that displays marketing history for that lead (I assume the lead was originally sent from Adobe Campaign via CRM connector). Does anyone know if this capability still exists? I can't seem to find any documentation on it.
Thanks,
Sonny

Hi Sonny,
I think that the Leads package is not maintained anymore (thus removed from current documentation).
However, CRM connectors are still available, including the Salesforce connector, which allows to exchange profile data between Adobe Campaign and your CRM. You can find some more information about CRM Connectors in Adobe Campaign here: https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC6.1/en/PTF_Connectors_CRM_Connectors.html
Hope this helps,
Florent

Thanks, Florent. That's too bad; it seemed like a convenient option for Salesforce integration.
