Adobe Campaign Standard Push Device Token goes to denylist

Hi Experts,

We are facing some weird behavior with push notifications for transactional messages. Some device tokens we register in Campaign go directly to the denylist even though it never receives any other notification. The token is right because the device receives messages from other ends than Campaign.

Do you guys know what can be happening here? As far as we know, that denylist is for opt-out and hard bounces, we saw that in many cases, the profile does not choose to opt-out, and as it never receives any messages, it's not a hard-bounce issue also.

Thanks for the help

Best,

Hi Rafiko,

We have seen multiple reports of this issue showing up recently. I would recommend contacting Campaign Support to create a ticket and review it internally.
