Hi, I'm struggling to get emoji's into the subject line in ACS.
I've googled around it and 'here is my subject line =?UTF-8?Q?=F0=9F=98=81?=' (for example) just causes the instance to crash with an error code of RST-360011.
Has anyone had any experience of this?

@hix53 We use emojis on messages and haven't had any issues so far. Instead of the UTF codes, we use the emoji image directly in the subject line.

Huh. That's weird.
If i try to just paste it in as an emoji, then ACS won't send a proof at ALL. It says it has, but nothing comes through. if i remove the emoji, it sends the proof immediately. It's the case for gmail as well,so it's not like i'm picking up on some sort of inbox guardian effect.
Is it possible that this is something to do with the way ACS has been set up? Have you ever heard of any problem similar to this?

I don't think this is related to the way ACS has been setup. Take a look at the other threads and see if that helps anything.
Although this is related to the ACC take a look at this, https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-cloud-kcs/kbarticles/KA-08979.html?lang=en
If you continue to see issues open a ticket with Adobe support.

Try putting the UTF code in the content block use that in the template and check how that works.
