Hi,

Recently I started working on designing campaign workflows on Adobe Campaign.I was trying to add multiple stored templates in a workflow but was unable to do so.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Bushra,

In order to import workflow templates, you would need to navigate to the correct path where the workflows templates are stored.

Workflow templates are stored in the Resources > Templates > Workflow templates node of the Adobe Campaign tree.

Additionally, Please refer to the below screenshot, where I clicked on new workflow, clicked Template and navigated to the correct node, where the template was stored, double click the workflow that you needs to be used.
