Hi, a webapp that we use to download the client console is not working for our customers but is working fine for me. How to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks

Hi @Sanjana12 ,

Are you saying that the software distribution web page (https://experience.adobe.com/#/downloads/content/software-distribution/en/campaign.html) is working for you but not for the client?

If so, here are a few things to check:

  1. Are they trying to log in using their Adobe ID?
  2. Do they have the necessary access? If not, please contact a Support Administrator to provide the required access.
  3. Consider opening an Adobe support ticket to further investigate the issue.

Can you provide some specifics on the webapp, whether it worked in the past or if it is a new implementation, what kind of errors you are seeing, etc?

 

As it stands, the issue is a bit too vague to give any real guidance.
