Hello @Sanjana12 

 

It looks like the campaign server is not running. On the server instance start the Adobe Campaign services to fix this .

Is the Campaign application actually running on your local host? If so, can you click on the details button to display some additional error information?

Hello, this sounds as if either the server is not up, running, and listening on port 8080. The other option is that port 8080 is blocked by the firewall.  Make sure the port is accessible
