The possible fix for not able to login frequently on to the client console would be to run the "Database Cleanup" OOTB Workflow and disconnect and reconnect your Instance.

It helps to perform Vacuum on the Database Temp Tables and non used Schemas (having retention policy also) and helps improve performance.
