Hi experts,

We are preparing for our Prod upgrade to 9356 on 4/13 and noticed in UAT that our SSO login is not working for testers. We downloaded the most recent version of 9356 from the Adobe download center and saw an error saying that client certificates were not found.

Error details:

An error occurred

No valid client certificate found in the request. No valid certificates found in the user's certificate store.

Please try again choosing a different authentication method.

Hi @RRafiki

This error typically occurs when the client certificate used for authentication is not valid or is not present in the certificate store.

To resolve this error, try the following steps:

Check that the client certificate is installed in the certificate store of the machine where you are accessing Adobe Campaign Classic.

Ensure that the certificate is valid and has not expired.

Check that the certificate is associated with the correct user account in Adobe Campaign Classic.

Try using a different authentication method, such as a username and password, if available.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact your system administrator or Adobe Campaign Classic support for further assistance.
