SMS Deliveries are getting failed

Hi Team,

 

We are trying to call the third party SMS rest api call to trigger the SMS via Adobe campaign classic Mobile delivery.

 

Below steps implemented,

 

1. Created the custom JS to invoke the External SMS rest api call

2. Created the JSSP to capture the SMS response

3. Created the external account and type as routing, channel as SMS, Delivey mode as bulk and connector section assigned the JS library

4. Created the sample campaign and configured the Mobile delivery and choosen the external account created as in previous step.

 

But i am facing the delivery error. Please find the below screenshot and help me on the same.

Hi @sakthigu - 

Can you please confirm if you are using internal routing for this delivery?

Based on the error it says, internal routing can't be used for full FDA deliveries.

For FDA, you can access external data without changing the structure of Adobe Campaign data.

We are using mid-sourcing routing for SMS delivery.
