Reg:SMS delivery in adobe campaign

Hi Team,

I am getting the following error while sending the SMS ..Please any one help me.

07/03/2018 5:58:16 AM    Failed    Unreachable    5562430642    MTA-#ID# Error in delivery part #ID#: INT-#ID# The HTTP query returned a 'Internal Server Error' type error (500)\ [SMPP Connector] '1' is not a known SMPP Connector.\

This is my configuration and please suggest me if any wrong configuration here

Hi Jitendra,

Is this account created from another account by changing the settings.

Is it possible to create a new SMS account completely and see if that sends the SMS.

I have some querry so please help me on this.

1)How to configure the SMS channel by using API without SMPP connector and netsize connector.

2)what is the implement process of calling with javscript in connector.

Hi Jitendra,

It's not currently possible to use a Javascript connector in Adobe Campaign Classic, see SMS channel​.

Available connectors are: NetSize, Generic SMPP (SMPP version 3.4 supporting binary mode), Sybase365 (SAP SMS 365), CLX Communications, Tele2, O2, and Extended generic SMPP.
