Hi @Sanjana12 ,

In addition to the approach shared, Please check the delivery logs and in the Configure list Data tab of Recipient delivery logs, you can check if the delivery is a seed address by checking data of "@seedMember" Flag is equal to "Yes".

There can be a chance that a proof also can be sent , for this the record need not be present in recipient schema. To Check that Please check the delivery logs and in the Configure list Data tab of Recipient delivery logs, you can check if the delivery is a proof group member by checking Data of "@FCPMember" Flag is equal to "Yes".

Hi @Sanjana12 ,

Might be the profiles email address or mobile number is added in a seed address of a delivery.

Or, you can check it by navigating to Delivery log (broad log) schema, and filter as address equal to your recipients email address  or mobile number (depends on channel).

You will be getting the list of delivery records that particular recipient received and check its delivery details.

Open the delivery and analyze in delivery tab and seed address. You may get some idea on it.

@Sanjana12 , yes as mentioned before, there is possibility that the person's mobile number is added in delivery as a proof or seed address. (To add a mobile number in seed address or in proof, it's not required that the mobile number should be in recipient schema)

Goto broadLogRcp schema > data > filter > address equal to 99999999 (person's mobile number)

You can find records of the person (though he is not in recipient table). Now configure list > select delivery internal name.

Now open the delivery and goto TO > check in seed address and proof.

Additionally, if you have other target mappings with custom profile table, there is a possibility that the person might received SMS from it. So cross check the filtering condition of address equal to 9999999999 (person's mobile number) in all broad log schema's in your instance.
