Troubleshooting mobile services

Hi,

I am looking for ways to troubleshoot mobile services connected to Firebase Cloud Messaging. In the current setup I have two services configured:

- for old app - using HTTP legacy API version

- for new app - using HTTP v1 API

 

The numbers for registered users available in Firebase dashboard are drastically different then the ones I see in 'Subscription' tabs for both apps. Therefore, is there any way to check how the data is fetched from Firebase? Another question is, does it make sense to set up both services from the scratch?

 

The instance is Adobe-hosted, so I don't have the access to the server logs.

 

I will appreciate any help here.
