Hi @Sanjana12 ,
The Workflow Supervisor is the Operator group which receives the notifications for the failure of the workflow. It will be present in the Workflow Properties --> General --> Supervisors Tab highlighted in green.

Hi @Sanjana12 ,
Yes, operators added to workflow execution group receive any alerts by configuring the alert activity and assigning the Operator group in it where ever required in the Workflow.

Hi @Sanjana12 ,
Out of the box operator groups - Workflow execution, Workflow supervisors and Campaign managers are associated with workflow.
Workflow execution - Security group enabling workflow execution control and workflow task approval
Workflow supervisors - Security group that enables workflow supervision in case of error. You need to assign them in workflow property > Supervisor
Campaign managers - Security group containing the marketing campaign managers and they will manage marketing campaigns
And any custom operator group who has 'Workflow' named rights will also have association with workflow.

Hi @Sanjana12
Any operator group you assign as supervisor in workflow property will get notification (Workflow failure alerts).
If you want to get any alert apart from workflow failure error (like missing file, process error etc,), then use Alert activity and assign an operator group in it.
