If we include "1" in the source expression  when doing reconcilliation with a field in the destination table, what does that signify?

Do you mean something as below?

If so, The above will create a link between the temporary table in the workflow with recipient table, based on the condition who has the age as 1 in Recipient schema.

Yes that is what I meant. Say if the destination field is a boolean value, then the link wiil only be created if the boolean value is true right?
