LDAP Error Message Settings

Hi Team,

 

We are wondering if there is a way to change the error messages settings in Console. We are On-premise and LDAP access permissions.

Please guide if there is a way to customize this message within the application.

Hi Harikrishna,

These errors are defined and generated from the product code itself. If you want these errors changed or for the ability to alter them, then I would recommend reaching out to Campaign Support and submitting an enhancement request.

Hi @Craig_Thonis Thanks for the response.

 

I have raised an Adobe case, but the support team doesn't have knowledge on LDAP connectivity. They are trying to reachout to Engineering team for analysis.
