Issue Loading Thousands of Records on Web Report Dashboard (Error -53)

Requesting assistance in resolving the following issue:

I am encountering an error (-53 code) when attempting to load records in the thousands using the Report Dashboard functionality in Adobe Campaign Classic v7. I have Administrator rights on the instance, and there is no row limit configured on the report; however, the detailed records still fail to load.

The aggregate counts display correctly, indicating that the query and the page configuration are functioning as expected. The issue occurs only when attempting to load the full dataset. I have attached relevant screenshots for the reference.

Could you let me know if anyone has encountered this before or has a potential solution?

Hi @saurabh99, 

Normally that error happens because the user running the report does not have the necessary permissions to open the detail view, even though the aggregates can display. I will recommend you to review the rights again and if they look fine, the failure could be happening due to the amount of data, so i will try to limit the data and see how it behaves. Other thing you can also do is check the logs to obtain the real error behind it.
