I am not able to upload images using File Transfer activity which are downloaded by web download activity

I need to upload images on campaign Server using File Transfer activity . I am using web download activity to download images from external url , which are storing under /var/hostlinks/neolane/nl6/var/images. I need to upload these images on the server , so that i can access these images in Email. I followed  the below article . But didn't get proper solution. Can anyone provide me the sample example for file upload activity.

Hi @pratibhamallya ,

I think this is problem with your external account configuration for File transfer activity.

My understanding says that you need to configure your external account correctly which you are syncing in your file transfer activity in adobe campaign.

Also stated above you are storing files at /var/hostlinks/neolane/nl6/var/images but error says that you are picking files from different location.

 

Can you please check on same?

Hi Pratibhamallya,

Can you elaborate on the result when you attempt to download the images? Is there a particular error that you are running into?

Hi Craig,

I am getting below error when i  try to use File Transfer activity to upload file..

Protocol not supported
 Use Web download activity for vanilla http/https transfers.

Even i tried to copy the image to resource public resource folder. I am getting message its copied. But if i try to publish that copied image , i am getting error like 

Cannot read file. I have attached screenshot for the same.

Hi @pratibhamallya ,

I think this is problem with your external account configuration for File transfer activity.
