Hello, a memeber of my team is having this problem trying to logging into our campaing instance.

I would like to know where to look the login logs and what is the standard solution (If anyone had this problem)

Hi, if you have access to server, you can check the logins.log file

/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/<yourinstance>/logins.log

 

It will provide you the details about the operator, status, IP address, log date etc
