Hello, I want to change the sender address of my Adobe Campaign instances.
As far as I know, if I want to change the "name" of the sender address, I'll have to add to Deployment wizard a mask like this
" *@x.com ", so it allows me to write anything in *. Is it correct?
And about change it in Message Center, i've to contact with ADobe support, right? How would I use then this new create demail direction?
Thank you in advance

Hello,
If your marketing instance is on-premise, then yes, you can just change the mask as long as the mask's address is valid. That said, if it is Adobe-hosted, then you should be able to ensure that the delegation and validation are all set via the Control Panel prior to setting the mask.
You are also correct, you will need to contact Support to include the masks on the Message Center servers.
Your last question I am not entirely sure I understand. If you are asking, how you would use the new authorized mask, you can simply add it to the sender, error, or reply addresses of any email or use it in your branding.

Just to make sure
the xxx can be added via console in the Deployment wizard, while the yyy has to be added using control panel and so, right? And for instances located in Adobe servers, I'll have to open tickets to change both, right?
Thank you!

Hi,
For your sender address change, do you mean the local part (ie. the part before the @) or the subdomain used (after the @)?
The local part can typically be changed within your content without any back-end configuration (ie. just the from address alteration in your email). If a new subdomain is wanted, it would be recommended to consult with your IT team to take the best action. If your instance is hosted, you should add in any new subdomains into the Adobe Campaign Control Panel to delegate this to Adobe for hosting. Use this guide for reference. Adobe support tickets wouldn't be required but the campaign team may validate your subdomain as part of the delegation process.
