I'm working on the version upgrade and there are several errors to resolve. This is the first time I'm working with this type of error.
One of the errors is "SOP-330006 The method 'SaveMarketingBuildNumber' is not defined in SOAP service 'xtk:session'. (iRc=-53)"
How do I solve this problem?

have you tried to install correct package, have you followed the guide? What OS is the instance on?

We never had problem, it was installed as package on linux dsitrubution, when followed the guide.

where do you get this error? Session is built in schema that you do not have access to or cannot be extended. Is it not a cache problem? Can you clear the cache for you console rich client?
Also can you try to locate it in WSDL file? <serverurl>/nl/jsp/schemawsdl.jsp?schema=xtk:session

Thanks for ,your response and for your time! But I've never done this and I'm still a little confused how do I solve this.
I found this error from an upgrade attempt log I received from the customer.
I found in the WSDL several references to this "xtk_session" service that you mentioned.
I understand little about this part. But as the @AdobeCampaignConsultantJr replied, that the method is not defined or available. I really still don't know what the problem might be or how to solve it.
If possible and if you have some time, of course, if you could give me some kind of checklist or steps that I can review or follow to try to come up with a solution, I would really appreciate it.

It seems like everything went well. I asked them to run the postupgrade, I checked the logs in /usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/[instance]/postupgrade/.
And the logs stopped showing error messages. If so, then it looks like it worked.
