Adobe Campaign Classic v7 & Campaign v8

All,    I was told that you can use the Edit tab of a Campaign, and I've seen it done back when I was just learning the tool. But I can't remember how it's done; can anyone help me? Here's my example below (even though I know it's not correct); but it's something along these lines if I recall.   

SMS delivery is showing almost twice the numbers which were actually sent.  Please help me understand what could be the reason behind that or how can we check the actual numbers or is it being sent to the users twice? Thanks in advance!
