There are customers who reply on the sender address instead of the reply address.
So we want to send an auto response email for this scenario to encourage them to contact customer services instead.
Is this possible?

As per my understanding Adobe campaign doesn't support email as inbound channel, hence you will not be able to send anything from Adobe Campaign based on reply you got.

Ideally when you receive any non promotional emails we get in the content as Please do not respond to this email. which says there is mail box configured for this mail address.
If you still want to configure this - I think you can try to create a feedback mail box for the reply to addresses and then set auto replies for the same.
