Adobe Analytics integration with Adobe Campaign

Avatar

Level 2

Can you, pls, clarify bellow regarding Adobe Analytics integration with Adobe Campaign, via the connector:

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/connectors/analytics-...

1. Does this connection increase the server call usage in Adobe Analytics?
2. Is it possible to track the activity on a mobile app (not a website) with the connector? That is, if a user opens an Adobe Campaign delivery with a link that redirects to a mobile app tracked by Analytics, instead of opening a website link.

thank you!

Hi @krs27,

1. Implementing this connector should not increase the server call usage as this implementation enables a daily export of some log data from ACC to the Analytics storage server.

2. There is no other change in the ability to track the activity on the website or the mobile app. If the tracking parameters/tags are set correctly, you should be able to track the behavior in the app as well.

Thanks,

Ishan
