Restriction of Delivery template selection while creating a campaign

Hi Team , 

We have a requirement  if someone can help please.

Our client organization is segregated in multiple business unit structure . We have separate folder structure for each BU which contains all the necessary campaign management entities. Some business users  are part of multiple BU's and has access to resources of multiple BU's via named right.

The ask is if a user User1 has access to two BU's  A & B and when he tries to create a campaign under BU A, he should only be able to view and select delivery templates under BU A folder and not the ones under BU B . Since the user has rights for BU B  he is still able to select delivery templates from BU B  . I want to restrict the selection of delivery template based on campaign folder under which the campaign is getting created . Is it possible , has anyone did any similar implementation like this ?
