You can simply create a workflow and put a filtering condition on address.
Alternatively, you can exclude the OOB typology rule.

Hi @Sanjana12 ,
For Example if you consider Recipient OOTB Target Mapping as shown below
So all the above are the conditions for exclusion of Delivery, Please remove the Address condition (It would be specified in the Direct Mail denylist part) in your Target Mapping and rerun your delivery, It will consider even the Invalid Address Records.
Regards,
Pravallika.

Didn't understand what you meant by removing address condition. Could you please shed light on that?

Hi @Sanjana12 ,
Its actually for Ignoring the Optouts on Direct Mail Channel ( Address), but not the customers having invalid Address, so you can ignore it.

Hi @Sanjana12 ,
Could you explain your question further! If the customer with no address being targeted, what action needs to be taken for that particular customer?
In general and logically, if a customer have an address (email id for email delivery, mobile number for SMS delivery etc), delivery will be sent out to that particular address (email /mobile number). Similarly, If a customer doesn't have any respective address (email / mobileNumber) for that channel, then the customer wont receive the communication, so that records will go to exclusion schema with reason as 'Address not specified'.

Hi @Sanjana12
You can try creating a copy of default typology and removing the OOTB typology rule of "Exclude addresses" from the rules list.
and map the new typology in your delivery properties.
