AC in amazon web service, Error WEB-530009 Access denied.

Hil,

 

Im trying to acces to AC , Its installed in a windows server 2016 in Amazon web service.

 

When I try to "read" a ".jsp" page it throws this error:

 

WEB-530009 Access denied.

 

It works using "http://localhost:880/nl/jsp/logon.jsp" but 

fails is I try with the publi ip: "http://52.47.182.10:880/nl/jsp/logon.jsp"

Hi,

 

Change the operators' security zone to align to their IP ranges.

This can be accomplished by altering the zone in instance conf or altering the operators to use a more permissive zone. Ideally there is a LAN zone with their IP ranges, and with all operators set to use it.
