Learn about activation best practices and people-based destinations in Adobe Audience Manager. People-based destinations is an industry-first capability that unlocks new activation use cases. Deliver content based on CRM attributes, such as loyalty status or offline engagement with a call center or retail store, and target users who have never visited or authenticated on an online property. You can also combine offline attributes with online behavioral data in a single segment and deliver more advanced, targeted personalization.
