What could be the reason for drop in audience to 0?

1. PID / IMS OrgID/Company Name

2. Segment ID/Name

Can you please share a specific example of the audience?

For onboarded traits from Marketo, the audience size has became 0 and it is affecting the segment made using those traits. So what could be the reason behind this and how can I increase the size of traits so that eventually my segment size can increase?
