If you are targeting authenticated users then yes the count will become 2 on the second visit from incognito window. Just ensure that Profile Merge rule validates using authenticated profile option with Profile Link Device Graph.

Hello There, You need to create the onboarded traits prior to sending data files into AAM otherwise all of the new signals will be lost. As you correctly said, to perform backfilling of those new signals there will be an additional cost.

Hello @MA1985CG, The mentioned use case is achievable if you are targeting authenticated profiles i.e. customerIDs. Device based qualification + recency/frequency won't work. Also, please note that recency/frequency works only on rule-based traits which means you need onboarded + rule-based traits qualified on authenticated profile only to make this use case functional. Hello @amccabe82 , You may use "AND" logic to further prohibit any bot traffic but AAM maintains a flag at device level and any suspicious device gets marked as flag. With this flag being set, the device won't be considered in the segmentation process.

It doesn't map data of the existing cross-device Ids to the new cross-device IDs. At the end of ID sync file processing, we get only devices linked to new cross-device Ids.

Hello @TimeIndicator1 Profile Merge Rules are considered whenever we talk about segments. Seeing a low overlap is generally due to less number of common UUIDs but it would need further investigation. You have mentioned that in the AdServer you are seeing good amount of data/overlap however in AAM the story tells otherwise, so it would be great if we can connect via Support Channel so that we can investigate this data on both sides.

Hello Victor,Yes it is possible to see same cookie in the browser but here we should notice the domain on which these cookies are set. Being a cookie destination, I think you have settings to set this cookie on all your domains due to which whenever you access your websites and make a call to AAM, it replies back with sgpj_0 cookie. With all the websites running on different domains, this cookie is getting set on each one of them.I hope this helps, please let me know your thoughts.
