I have few Audience IDs in Analytics, which doesn't have an associated Audience Name. It all shows up under 'null', What could be the reason?

thanks

Hi Praveen,

As I understood you were able to see the Audience ID dimension but not the Audience Name (Segment Name). That is correct, server side forwarding is must to use Audience Analytics feature.

Could you share via DM if there is any internal support ticket going on, or has this issue been resolved.

I also wanted to share a video tutorial that demonstrates all the steps required :  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_9DvwgHNuyo

Thanks,

Hi Praveen,

I believe you are accessing the Audience Analytics in AA UI. Could you make sure that all of the prerequisites have been met for AAM to AA integration :

Marketing Cloud Help

Could you also check if there is a destination in AAM UI for Analytics, and all of the segments or some of the segments are mapped to it.

Thanks,

Hi Varun,

Yes, I have configured the destination and sending segment into Analytics.

I'm seeing the IDs however not the name, so I believe the sync is on.

I got a latest update from Adobe asking me to enable server side forwarding which will take care of this. Still exploreing what will make it work, but do you have any thoughts on it?

Regards,

Praveen
