What are "Reserved Variables"?

Level 1

Reserved variables are defined as "Reserved Variable - Indicates whether the data is captured as an event, eVar, prop, or classification in a reserved variable."

When a Parameter is listed as Reserved Variable: eVar, does this mean:

1. This parameter can only be mapped to an eVar

2. Adobe will automatically create a new OOB eVar available in reporting when this parameter is implemented

If 2. is true, does the new Parameter count against a licensee's limited number of Custom eVars?

1. yes.

2. no, automatically it will not be created. there will be a wizard to manually map the parameters to available eVars.
