Unique Visitors higher than Page Views

Hi Adobe experts! Wondered if anyone could help? I am experiencing higher Unique Visitors than Page views - I've not seen this happen before. Is there a simple explanation for this or is this a problem with configuration?

The segment we created was with Pagename (AMP & Non-AMP Unified) contains xxx

AND

Pagename (AMP & Non-AMP Unified) does not contain #

It may be if the dimension you are referring to is a custom variable (prop or eVar) and it gets populated in the s.tl() calls rather than in the s.t() calls.
