Unable to save projects after edits

Avatar

Facing this issue for several weeks now. After editing projects, I cannot save those. I am the owner of these projects (I have created those and so have all permissions). Tried "Save as", "Save with notes", Save to different folder...but it fails 99% of the time. If I open a project and save it immediately without changes, it works. Any edits and it starts failing.

This sounds like a major issue. First, is this issue happening the same time as any outages listed on status.adobe.com? If everything looks good on there, then you might want to check with other users at your org, see if they're having the same problem. And then reach out to client care. This type of issue should be temporary, but if it's been happening for weeks, then client care might be needed to resolve it. It typically isn't anything on the front end you're doing that would cause this.

@VMa4  One of my colleague has faced this issue. I have told him to logout and login again.

post that he never face this issue. Can you try this?

I believe it causing because of after opening project and after few hours your doing changes and trying to save i guess.

If the above issues don't resolve this (as I know we were just talking about this the other day in another thread), your only option is to go to client care with that error code... so that they can look into the server logs to determine the exact issue you are encountering.

As this isn't something I have seen brought up recently, it seems unlikely that it's an issue caused by ongoing maintenance, particularly when you told me that this has been happening consistently for months...

This might indicate an issue on your account... is anyone else in your organization encountering similar issues?

Thanks for suggestions. No solution yet. But just realized the issue is happening only over VPN. So at least I now have a workaround of editing when not on VPN.

Amazing catch!

Your VPN network (I assume work, but no judgement), must be blocking something!

Can you check your network panel both on and off of VPN and see if any specific requests are being blocked? You may need to work with your IP department on this...

Good Luck! Keep us up to date about progress on your issue!
