Transitioning site to a new company

Hello,

I inherited a website that uses omniture and siteCatalyst but I cannot seem to get any credentials to log into the existing omniture account associated with the site.  I was just wondering what the steps are to transition all of the sites tags and reports from the pervious omniture account to a new account that I have access to?

I hope that makes sense, if its not obvious I do not know much about omniture.
