Sticky note without a temporary file join

I want to know if possible and if yes how to delete a file attachment without lost the sticky notes.

Can you confirm this issue is with Adobe Analytics? If this error happens to be related to an Adobe Creative Cloud product, you might have better luck posting on community.adobe.com.
