Schedule a Project to send with a Quarterly Frequency

Hi,  what is the best way to schedule a project to send quarterly? 

The only way I can see to do it is by setting the frequency to daily, then selecting Custom Frequency and then setting the "send every number of days" to 90/91.  I have the date range of the project set to "Last 3 full months".  

Will this work?

The workaround I use for this is to use "Send yearly by a specific date" and set up four scheduled projects for each quarter.
