Sandbox Program Adobe ID problem

Hello everybody,

 

I want to  access to the Adobe Experience Cloud so I can learn about  Adobe Experience Manager but I'm getting this error:

It seems that your Adobe ID is not linked with your Adobe Experience Cloud solution accounts.
Please get in touch with your Org Administrator or Adobe Enterprise Support.

 

What do I need to do?

Hi @stevan314 

it seems like the account you are using to login into adobe experience cloud does not have required access to services which you are trying to access, reach out to your organizations admin to provide you required access.

I don't have the organizations admin, it's probably some mistake.

Can I reset my Adobe ID so I can access to adobe experience cloud ?

@stevan314 are you using the Adobe Sandbox:

https://business.adobe.com/resources/adobe-analytics-sandbox.html

 

If so, I noticed that I lost access on my personal account as well... I assume they are periodically running user cleanups. If so, I would just try re-applying.

I'm still not using it, I'm trying to access the sandbox so I can see what Adobe Experience Manager offers so I can use it in the future.
