Rule Based Classification not working any more

Hi!
I created some new rules in the last 2 weeks and - even if they are correct - they are not correctly splitting the fields.
It's happening the same with some rules I created some months ago. They used to work and with new values they are not working any more.

Anyone with the same issue?

Yep - have a ticket with Client care and they have advised that it is a bug and it is with Engineering.

I get the same issue.

The classifications with rule builder are not working fine, I show items not classified.

This seems to be a bug from few days.

Will all customers be advised when this is fixed to manually classify anything that slipped through during the 'bug' or will engineering re-process everything from the bug start date for all classification rules?
