Real Time Data Feed

I need to track real time report for all the metrics. Do i have any option to do it? Right now, interface just have 3 reports with 1 metric, 1 primary dimension and 2 secondary dimensions.

Also, data feed can send the report to my Database only by every 1 hour. Can it send the raw data every second?

You have an option for Live Stream, that sends the raw data as it is collected (in near real time). You may want to check with your Adobe Account Manager if you have the contract for this.
