Problems Installing Site Catalyst

 Hi,

I am trying to install siteCatalyst to my website kitchenessentials.ca but every time there are some javascript errors. I am not a web designer or developer and so I dont have that technical knowledge. I want to know what is the correct way to install siteCatalyst. My website is an e-commerce store where I do my business and I want to track visitors and their behavior while they are on my site. What is the correct way of installing it in BigCommerce as my site is built on BigCommerce
