Hi,
I have been looking in the previous page report and just want to clarify. Does the report only count pages that occurred immediately before the selected page, or does it count pages that occurred at any point prior to the selected page being viewed: i.e.
If a user takes the path:
Home >> Product >> Checkout
Using "Checkout" as our base would "Home" be counted as a previous page, or would it only include "Product" which came immediately before??
Thanks
Toby

The previous page report only shows those exact pages which occurred immediately 1 page before the given page- true 'previous page'. It does not include all the pages before a given page.

Please go through the below docs to understand the concept a little better.

Hi Shekhar,
Thanks for sending these through - I've had a look at them, but they don't quite answer my question. The example given is:
"You may want to know from where the people that viewed Home Page came. In the table, you can do a search for Home Pageor scroll until you find it listed in bold. The pages that were viewed before Home Page are listed underneath."
What I want to know is what is meant by "before" - does it mean one page before, or will count pages that appear at any point in the visit prior to the selected page being viewed?
Thanks
Tobz
