Mobile Carrier - value 'Not Distinctive' - Singtel not captured completely

Hi,

In our mobile carrier report, there is a value 'Not Distinctive'. What does this mean ? Is the SDK not able to recognise the value ?

The actual problem that we have is that Singtel (the #1 carrier here in Singapore) is not captured properly. We only have 10 counts with a value 'Singtel'. The count for 'Not Distinctive' is a few thousand, so we expect that the majority of the Singtel users are captured under that value.

Any ideas ?
