Hello all!
My client are thinking about use Adobe Analytics in the upcoming months.
However we are currently using Mixpanel on the data collections for events and people.
And we have a few concerns:
- Does Adobe Analytics have an identify call similar to the other marketing tools? If so, is there a documentation I could read on?
- How can i port over the data and events from Mixpanel to Adobe Analytics seamlessly, is there a way to do it now (on adobe side)? What is you guys recommendation on this?

Here is the Adobe Analytics Documentation - Marketing Cloud Help
To migrate your data, Adobe Consulting Services will work with you and properly map your data to Analytics.
I hope that helps.

Hello Ariel,
Can you elaborate a bit on the Identify Call? In analytics we have a server call or Image request. I am not sure if thats the purpose of the Identity call but you can read about server call here - Server Call
Adobe Analytics is a highly customized solution so I doubt the migration will be absolutely seamless like push of a button, but Adobe Consulting would map the data correctly for you so there should not be any data loss.

Hey TanmayM,
So I'm referring to this on the identify call :
- Don't think we're on the same page on the server call or image request. Is there other links that i can refer to?
