Random Friday question, when users use Chat GPT / Bard and found some answers through these AI tools, how to you track these web traffic / interactions in Adobe Analytics?
I presume we can only see web traffic unless they click on the sources
and land on your website, correct?

I'd assume that you're right, there wouldn't be a hit unless the result is clicked on. It'd be interesting to know what happens in cases like this where a preview is displayed. Perhaps that appears as a hit as a bot generates a preview?

Thanks Josh. I was doing some reading and found a handy article for GA users https://omisido.com/how-to-track-ai-traffic-in-ga4/
I built a segment in AA with the same logic, pretty small amout of click-through traffic
I presume it's just a matter of time that leadership start to ask "hey how much AI traffic did we get this month?" 😉
Hi Ying_Liu - I'm also looking to implement the same thing. Looks like it's been about a year since you set this up. Any increases in data that you're seeing? Also, did you add any additional sources since you created it? Thank you!
